This was the big takeaway for me.

Many businesses are thinking about how to attract staff with hybrid working, but that won't keep them. Paddy's point about facetime with them is key, if anyone has set up an office in another country they'll know how hard it is to maintain a connection to the mothership, same applies here. Make people feel appreciated and wanted. Small things mean a lot.

Also his point about keeping on the front foot. In the past i've worked with agencies who do the opposite of what everyone else is doing, push harder on sales and marketing...BUT watch your cash flow, that's the killer of every business.
